Account & Registration

Creating a VV99 account is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Head to the Register, fill in a short form with your username, email, Malaysian phone number, and password. Verify your phone number via SMS OTP and your account is ready to use immediately. No documents are required to register.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the VV99 platform. This is a legal requirement with no exceptions. VV99 takes compliance with the minimum age requirement seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed and the balance returned to the original deposit method.

No. Each individual is permitted to hold only one VV99 account. Having multiple accounts is a violation of VV99's Terms & Conditions and may result in all accounts being closed immediately without compensation. If you have forgotten your login details, use the "Forgot Password" function or contact our support team to regain access to your original account.

Log in to your VV99 account and go to Settings → My Profile. From there you can update your phone number, email address, and other details. Note: your full name and IC number cannot be changed on your own for security reasons. For such changes, please contact our support team with valid proof of identity.

An account may be suspended for several reasons, including suspicious activity, a pending identity verification request, or a breach of Terms & Conditions. If you wish to permanently close your account, please contact our support team by emailing support@vv99.world and stating your reason for closure. Ensure all account balances have been withdrawn before submitting your request. Closed accounts cannot be reopened. Withdrawal

VV99 processes withdrawals within 15 minutes to 2 hours for standard withdrawals that have passed verification. Your first withdrawal may take slightly longer (up to 24 hours) due to a one-time identity verification (KYC) process. Once KYC is complete, all subsequent withdrawals will be processed faster.

A withdrawal request may be declined for several reasons:
