VV99 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia's Transparent Platform Usage Policy

To be eligible to register and use VV99's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age or older on the registration date.
• Residing in or accessing the platform from regions permitted by VV99.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Never been banned or restricted from using any licensed operator's betting platform.
• Register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information.

VV99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each member is entitled to hold one (1) VV99 account only. Creating more than one account is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information:

• Full name as shown on your official identification document (MyKad or passport)
• An active and valid Malaysian phone number
• An active email address
• Date of birth
• A strong and unique password

Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee of RM5 per month or closed at VV99's discretion, with prior notice given to the account holder.

VV99 supports the most popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia for members' convenience. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

VV99 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals on our end. However, your eWallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond VV99's control.

VV99 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. This is a standard procedure to ensure the security of all members' transactions.

VV99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each bonus offer.

General terms applicable to all VV99 bonuses:

• Each bonus comes with rollover requirements (re-wagering) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Rollover requirements typically range from 1x to 20x the bonus value, depending on the bonus type.
• Each bonus may only be used by one (1) account. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered fraudulent.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• VV99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through illegitimate means or fraud.
• Bonus offers have a set validity period and will expire if not used within that timeframe.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per individual, household, or IP address.

• The use of automated software (bots), cheating tools, or any unfair methods is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

VV99 offers a sports betting platform covering football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UCL, and more), badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas & Uber Cup), tennis, basketball (NBA), Formula 1, and e-sports (MPL Malaysia, Valorant, PUBG). The specific terms for sports betting are as follows:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled except via the Cash-Out function provided (where available for the relevant match).
• All bets are placed based on the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Any change in odds after confirmation does not affect existing bets.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will generally be refunded unless otherwise stated in the specific rules of the relevant league or tournament.
• For matches postponed and resumed within 24 hours, all bets remain valid.
• In-play betting is subject to real-time odds changes and additional terms as specified.
• VV99 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any match or market at our sole discretion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the VV99 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate disciplinary action, including account closure and fund freezing:

• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's identity or false information.
• Bot & Automation Use: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised tools to play or place bets.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games, particularly in poker.
• System Vulnerability Exploitation: Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the VV99 system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to obtain bonuses or circumvent limits.
• Bonus Abuse: Using dishonest methods to obtain bonuses, including using a VPN to spoof your location.

VV99 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed match-fixing, fraud, or illegal activity.
• Failure to pass the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the member for Responsible Gaming reasons.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, VV99 reserves the right to withhold any balance or winnings obtained through illegitimate means. For voluntary closures or those related to Responsible Gaming, any remaining cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member upon completion of the verification process.

VV99 is fully committed to maintaining a platform that is functional, secure, and reliable at all times. However, there are certain limitations to VV99's liability that every member should be aware of:

• VV99 is not liable for any losses arising from internet service disruptions on the member's end.
• VV99 assumes no liability for any financial losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• VV99 makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without technical interruption. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily render the platform inaccessible.
• Odds and statistics displayed are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of betting outcomes.

VV99 is committed to Responsible Gaming and provides a range of tools to help members manage their platform usage. As a member, you may activate the following features at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
